02 — About
Another Media Company started as Lanyap Cookery, a cooking blog written from the South. It grew into a shelf of video shows: sandwiches, seafood, chicken, wine poured blind, winemakers at work. Chris Howard hosts all of them. New properties join the index as they are ready.
The shows share a channel, a newsletter, and a point of view — food is worth documenting plainly, and the people who make it are worth more screen time than the plates.
